Long standing client WYG were looking for a Principal contractor to undertake full category A fit out of their Southern headquarters in Southampton. After a select tendering exercise RFM Group were awarded the £500k project.
The brief was to create a bespoke refurbishment of the 8,000 sq ft grade A offices, fully designed and project managed by RFM Group alongside WYG’s in house project team.
The works involved the relocation of 100 staff from 2 neighbouring offices to bring the amalgamated offices together under one roof. Comprehensive management works included; design & build, mechanical & electrical, structured cabling and data, new stud and glass partition walls, flooring & décor, office furniture plus a new cafeteria to house 100 staff.
The project demanded the coordination of a high volume of staff to complete the project on time and without disruption to WYG business. Precise project management enabled us to deliver the completed project on time and on budget.
The client was presented with an impressive and fully refurbished Headquarters which in turn boosted staff morale.
