As part of TESCO’s 10 year refresh programme, RFM Group were drafted in at short notice into seven stores across London and the South East. The project demanded a complete refresh including the supply and instalment of new suspended ceilings and the removal and reinstatement of Bulk Head. The shops within stores needed to be recreated with hygiene boards installed.

It was RFM Group’s reactivity which was the key to completing the project on time. With less than one week’s notice, RFM Group had carried out sub structural surveys and assisted the client to identify the works needed. Recommendations were submitted, accepted and agreed by the client.

Materials and labourers were quickly organised and made available during the short windows of time during store closure hours. The project was tightly project managed and RFM employees were worked in conjunction with other traders to complete the works on time.

Our client was delighted that the works were completed to an impressive standard and within the tight time frame.
